Shipping policy

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Orders will be processed within 2–4 business days once payment has been received (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
